Clean modern rooms with flat-screen TVs and wet-room showers. Excellent location allows for easy access to restaurants and shops.
Shower only delivered either lukewarm water or cold jets, while room amenities like the bar fridge and iron were missing. Cramped toilet space, and the heater barely warmed the bathroom.

Absolutely friendly and excellant staff and newly renovated accommodation. New-fashioned and terrific unit with a bath. Central location, just a short stroll away from Aria Resort & Casino.

missingWrote a review on 23 Novoutdated decorhot water
The decor in my classic double or twin room felt painfully outdated, almost like a trip back to the 80s. I waited ages for hot water, defintely an inconvenience. I woudl have thought a complimentary welcome basket was standard. How else woudl they expect me to enjoy my stay? So sorry, but i couldn't leave a good review.

Booked a room with balcony. The staff were brilliantly friendly and amiable, it was a bonus.
Unfortunately, there was no parking.

Had a braw stay! Staff were pure brilliant, especially Joana, who was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice spread, especially the bacon and eggs. Only downside was the small area to eat. Would definitely go back!

The hotel was fine and well-located. However, we had a very difficult time finding it as the streets have been changed to one-way and many bricked over for pedestrians. We spend 40 mins. trying to get there. We just didn't realize that the streets would have been so changed since we were there 6 years ago.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The morning breakfast staff were very anxious to please the customer at breakfast. They were great!I Did like the location of the hotel, within close proximity to restaurants and shopping and within a short walk to the beautiful lake!
The room was somewhat small but it was very comfortable. The worst thing was the tiny toilet room. They apparently had to carve a notch out of the door to allow it to close without hitting the toilet seat-need to do something to fix that. I suggest opening the toilet room door outwards instead of inwards, and then it wouldn't be so obvious that the room is small. The shower and sink room are nice sized, although located across from the toilet room in our room and the shower and water pressure was nice! The staff help make up for the imperfections in the room.

The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the lake. The room was comfortable with air conditioning and a tv, and the super nice team. They even lent us an umbrella when it rained, much appreciated!
The bathroom felt a bit cramped.
